Fiesta has become a celebrated annual tradition that attracts more than 6,000 people and hundreds of horses during the weekend. The charity has raised tens of thousands of dollars for cancer research to aid many different programs.
Proceeds from this event have helped find new treatments for leukemia, breast cancer, lymphoma and so many other forms of this heartbreaking disease, and supported numerous organizations, including American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer, Kure-it Cancer Research, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center, Roy & Patricia Disney Cancer Center and Wounded Warriors.
This year, on Saturday April 28th, we are honored to support USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.
The USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center is a leader in cancer research, with more than 200 members investigating the complex origins and progression of cancer, developing prevention strategies and searching for cures. USC Norris is part of the Keck School of Medicine and is designated by the National Cancer Institute as one of the nation’s 45 comprehensive cancer centers.
